Needing help managing Lymphoedema?

Lymphoedema is characterised by chronic limb swelling and can be present following the surgical removal of lymph nodes and vessels, radiation therapy for cancer, certain diseases and injuries. Depending on the nature of your lymphoedema problem will then determine the optimal management. Your physio will provide a thorough assessment to help treatment planning which may include specific exercises, soft tissue therapies, compression pressure pump therapy, compression garments as well as activity advice and referral where indicated. Our remedial massage therapists can also assist with lymphatic massage when required.
